Terms
Terms for Deetozee Solutions
These Terms apply to services provided by Deetozee Solutions, a trading name used by Muhammad Dawood Tahir and operated within the UK. By booking, instructing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide website development, branding, SEO, AEO, dashboards, AI chatbot setup, AI integration, custom CMS work, automation consulting and related support services. Specific deliverables will be agreed in writing before project work begins.
Commercial model
Our pricing model is typically a one-time project fee for the build and, where agreed, a separate monthly maintenance fee. Domain, hosting, premium software subscriptions, third-party API costs and similar platform charges are separate and are paid directly by the customer unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, required approvals, timely feedback, lawful content, and access to any systems, accounts or materials needed for delivery. Delays in providing these items may affect timelines.
Delivery times
Any delivery windows shown on the site, including 24 to 48 hour turnaround references, are general estimates and depend on scope, approvals, access and project complexity. Custom work may require longer timelines.
Payments
Fees are due as agreed in the proposal, invoice or service confirmation. Work may be paused if payment is overdue. Promotional pricing, including limited-time discounts, can be changed or withdrawn after the stated offer period ends.
Intellectual property
Once agreed fees have been paid, the client will own final approved deliverables created specifically for that project, except for third-party tools, licensed assets, frameworks, templates and pre-existing materials that remain subject to their own rights and licences.
Support and maintenance
Where maintenance is purchased, support covers the services described in the relevant plan or agreement. It does not automatically include unlimited redesigns, new features, third-party charges or major change requests unless specifically agreed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss or losses caused by third-party services, hosting issues, platform outages or customer misuse.
Termination
Either party may end a project or maintenance arrangement if the other materially breaches agreed terms and fails to remedy that breach within a reasonable period. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
Governing basis
These Terms are intended for a UK-operated business and are interpreted accordingly, unless another basis is expressly agreed in writing for a specific engagement.
